If there is a protective cover, gently remove it by releasing any clips or

screws.

     Insert the GPU:

     Hold the GPU by its edges, avoiding touching any exposed circuitry or

the gold contacts.

     Align the PCIe connector on the GPU with the PCIe slot on the

motherboard.

     Carefully insert the GPU into the PCIe slot, applying even pressure

until it is fully seated in the slot.

     Secure the GPU:

     Once the GPU is inserted into the PCIe slot, locate the retention

mechanism on the PCIe slot.

     Depending on your motherboard, this could be a plastic clip or a metal

latch.

     Secure the GPU in place by pushing down or sliding the retention

mechanism into the locked position.

     Connect Power Cables:

     Depending on your GPU, it may require additional power connectors

for proper operation.

     Locate the required power connectors on the GPU.

     Connect the appropriate power cables from the power supply to the

GPU power connectors.

     Ensure the connectors are properly aligned and fully inserted, applying

gentle pressure until they click into place.

     Cable Management:

     Organize and route the GPU power cables neatly to avoid obstructing

other components and maintain proper airflow.

     Use cable ties, cable clips, or other cable management options to

secure and bundle the cables together.
